The BRA Top Entry Cleaners

Not only do these barrel cleaners feature the proven MOOG rotary spray head system, they are also equipped with a suction tube arrangement for siphoning off the dirty water during the cleaning process and reducing barrel handling to a minimum.

The URC Bottom Entry Cleaners

This range of units are robust, mobile cleaning systems that clean barrels located on racks. The URC’s are light, mobile and compact making it easy for handling around the winery. Two versions are available: the Type URC and the Type URC-HD.

The Cross Flow membrane filter system uses a polypropylene hollow fibre especially developed for the wine industry. This fibre is extremely inert thereby reducing flavour absorption and making cleaning as simple as washing with water. The system is durable, power efficient and the polypropylene cartridges offer very high filtration rates at a low pressure.

The flotation system uses gases and gelatine to separate unwanted materials from the clear juice prior to fermentation. It is a simple and cost effective system for juice clarification which avoids the high maintenance costs of a centrifuge and the hazards of handling DE when using an RDV filter.
